Tradie websites Building services

Websites for tradies and building services companies.

We build websites and online stores for trade and building services businesses across Australia. Pages load in under a second, customers can call you or send photos of the job from their phone, and your team keeps the site current without a developer.

What's the Problem?

Where trade websites lose work.

A customer with a burst pipe or a dead switchboard searches on a phone, often standing next to the problem. If your page takes ten seconds to load, they call the next result. Some of the sites we've rebuilt took that long.

Building services groups often trade under several names, with a separate website for each. Every news story and job ad is posted two or three times, by whoever still has the login, and each site drifts further out of date.

Product ranges end up in PDFs. A builder who needs a particular insulation, or a part in the right size, has to know its name before the website will show it to them.

Then the admin starts: quotes to chase, photos to match to the right job, and licences and insurance certificates to keep current. Most of it is typed in by hand.

Today's Menu

What we build for trades.

The first two run at building services businesses today. The third runs at a buyer's agent, and the same system fits a trade business.

  1. One system for a group of brands

For building services groups that trade under more than one name.

Each brand keeps its own website, colours and menu, but all of them come from one set of code and one editor. A project, a news story or a job ad is written once, and your team ticks the brands it belongs on. Adding another brand later means one more tick box, not another website.

A national building services group whose three companies, Precise Air, Precise Fire and AirGene, had three slow WordPress sites. Now there's one system, and two people at Precise publish their own projects, news and job ads.

    1. 01 A person

      Someone writes it once

a project, a news story or a job ad, in CloudCannon, the editor the team uses.

    2. 02

      They tick the brands

Precise Air, Precise Fire, AirGene, or all three.

    3. 03

      Each site is rebuilt

with its own colours, menu, footer and search, from the same code.

    4. 04

      It's live on every brand

and links to the three old WordPress sites still lead somewhere useful.

    The result

A story about the group is published once, not three times.

  2. An online store for building products

For manufacturers and suppliers who sell to tradies and builders.

A technical range needs more than a photo and a price. Each product page sets out the specifications and options a builder checks before ordering. Shopify runs the stock, the orders and the checkout, and your team writes the category pages and guides without a developer.

An Australian insulation and foam manufacturer since 1987, whose range had outgrown buying online. Shopify now sits behind a storefront we built, with Sanity for everything the team writes.

    1. 01

      Products are kept in Shopify

with their options, stock and prices, in the client's own account.

    2. 02

      The storefront builds the pages

category and product pages laid out around the specifications.

    3. 03 A person

      The team writes the rest

category introductions and guides, in Sanity, the editor they write in.

    4. 04

      Customers check out on Shopify

where the orders and payments stay.

    The result

A large technical range that customers can browse and buy, kept up to date by the team.

  3. Every enquiry read and filed

For trade businesses whose enquiries arrive by web form, Facebook and Instagram.

A small program reads each enquiry as it arrives and judges it: a customer with a job and an address is not the same as someone selling leads. Real ones go into your CRM with a to-do and the details already written, so the first thing you see each morning is who to call back. We built this for a buyer's agent. For a trade business, your job-management software would take the place of HubSpot.

A buyer's agent whose every Instagram message, Facebook message and website enquiry is assessed and filed in HubSpot with a to-do, day and night.

    1. 01

      An enquiry arrives

from the website, Facebook or Instagram, at any hour.

    2. 02

      Claude reads and assesses it

a real buyer with a budget and a suburb, or someone selling leads.

    3. 03

      It's filed in HubSpot

as a new or updated contact, at the right stage of the sales pipeline.

    4. 04 A person

      A to-do is waiting

with the context already written, ready for a call.

    The result

Every lead is judged and logged before anyone picks up the phone.

Baked In

Included in every trades website.

  • A phone number you can tap.

At the top of every page, so a customer standing next to the problem can call you in one tap.

  • A quote form that takes photos.

Customers attach photos of the job from their phone, so you can price it before you drive out.

  • Licences and insurance on show.

Your licence numbers, insurance and accreditations, on the pages where customers decide.

  • A page for each job you want more of.

Hot water, switchboards, fire inspections or roof repairs, each written the way customers search for it.

  • Fast on a phone.

Pages are built ahead of time and load in under a second, so nobody is left watching a blank screen.

  • Edited by your team.

Add a project, a job ad or a new service without calling us.

  • A year of care.

Bugs fixed and critical updates applied free for twelve months after launch.

  • No lock-in.

Your code, editor and hosting sit in your own accounts, so you can leave whenever you like.

Fair Questions

Questions tradies ask.

Six questions we hear from trade and building services businesses. Have another one? Ask us.

How much does a tradie website cost?

Template packages for tradies are advertised from about $1,000, and for a sole trader who needs five pages, that can be enough. Our sites are designed from scratch for businesses that need more: several brands, a product range, or enquiries that go straight into other software. Our prices are in the list above, and you get a fixed quote after one call.

Can the website connect to simPRO or ServiceM8?

We haven't connected a job-management system for a trade client yet, so we won't claim we have. simPRO and ServiceM8 both publish an API, a way for other software to plug in, and that's how we would send enquiries and photos into them. On 22 October 2026, Claude's connector directory had none for simPRO, ServiceM8 or Tradify, so asking Claude about your jobs takes a custom connector, which we build and host.

We trade under three names. Do we need three websites?

No. One system can build a separate website for each brand, each with its own look, menu and address, all run from one editor. Precise Group runs Precise Air, Precise Fire and AirGene that way, and its team ticks which brands each story belongs on.

Should we have a page for every suburb we work in?

Only where you have something different to say about the area. A page per suburb with only the name changed is what Google's spam policy calls a doorway page, and it can count against the whole site. A page per service, with real jobs and photos from the areas you cover, does more for Google and for the customer.

Will we keep our Google rankings when we move to a new site?

Yes, if the move is done properly. Every old address gets a permanent redirect to its new page, the page titles that already rank stay, and Google gets the new sitemap the day we launch. Precise Group's move covered more than 400 old addresses across three sites.

Can customers send us photos of the job?

Yes. The quote form takes photos straight from a phone's camera or gallery, and they arrive with the enquiry, so you can often price the job before you drive out.
