Be the answer, not the tenth blue link.
Your customers now ask AI before they call anyone. We measure whether you're the answer they get, fix what stops you, and report the number every month.
Search moved. Most Australian sites didn't.
AI Overviews now appear on roughly half of Google searches. ChatGPT passed 900 million weekly users this year. When someone asks "who does [your service] in [your city/country]" they increasingly get one paragraph and two or three names, not a page of links. If you're not in that paragraph, you're invisible in a way rankings never made you.
Getting cited is a different game from ranking. AI answers reward pages that state facts plainly, answer a specific question, carry clean structured data, and are corroborated elsewhere. Marketing prose loses. Clear pages win.
Are you the answer? Find out, free.
Tell us your business, where your customers are, what you do and two to four competitors. We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews ten questions your customers ask, test whether AI crawlers can get into your site, measure it beside your competitors', and email you one report with the actual answers and what we would fix first.

Audit, then programme.
The free report tells you if there's a problem. The audit tells you why. The programme fixes it.
- Step 1 · 20-minute call Free
AI Visibility Audit.
The full version of the free report: 30–50 real customer questions, all engines, competitor share, and why you're missing (entity, structure, corroboration, technical). The technical half goes well past robots.txt: your homepage fetched as each AI crawler to catch a firewall that turns them away, PageSpeed on phone and desktop, a crawl of up to 150 pages, and a full agent-readiness check on your site and your competitors'. Then the technical SEO/GEO fixes for your site, and a 90-day plan. It's free because we built an engine that runs it, so your money goes on the fixing, not the measuring. Book 20 minutes, tell us your market and your competitors, and we walk you through what it found.

GEO & SEO programme.
Contact usWe fix the technical layer and keep it current as the AI standards move, build the content infrastructure (the specific pages that answer the specific questions), get you corroborated where AI models look, and report citation share and organic performance monthly. If the number doesn't move, we say so.
What we measure.
-
Citation share
How often you're named across the question set, per engine, vs competitors. Tracked monthly.
-
Traffic and enquiries
Organic and AI-referred traffic and enquiries.
-
Technical
AI crawler access, PageSpeed on phone and desktop, structured data and indexation, page by page.
-
Ready for AI agents
Every agent-readiness check that applies to your business, re-run every month, with how many of your competitors pass each one.
Why us for this.
- 01
AI made SEO technical again.
Google learned to be patient: it runs your JavaScript and reads the page as a visitor sees it. The crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read only the HTML as it arrives, and a Cloudflare setting or a security plugin can turn them away while Googlebot walks straight in. Backlinks and reviews still count, but a page those crawlers can't read is never in the answer. Fixing that is development work, and development is our trade.
- 02
Every AI standard, official or not, on your site.
Rules for each AI crawler, Content Signals, a sitemap, llms.txt and llms-full.txt, a Markdown copy of every page for agents that ask for one, Link headers that point them to it, structured data that validates, and the protocols your kind of business needs: MCP and WebMCP for software, UCP for a shop. The list keeps growing. We keep up with it so you never have to learn what any of it means.
- 03
We built the checker, and we ship the fix.
Our audit fetches your site as each AI crawler, runs every agent-readiness check on it and on your competitors' sites, and reads your llms.txt for what it says, not just whether it's there. Each gap becomes a fix we deploy, on a site we built or the one you already have.
- 04
Our own site is the test bed.
In the test Google uses to grade websites, croissantbaguette.com.au scores 100 on phone and desktop across all five categories: performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO and agentic browsing, the one Google added for AI agents. It passes every agent-readiness check our audit runs too. Whatever we put on your site runs on ours first.
What it costs.
- Free AI visibility and website report emailed within the hour · shareable link
- free
- AI Visibility Audit with a 20-minute call · one per business
- free
- GEO & SEO programme 3-month min · typically $1–2.5k a month
- from $1,000/mo
- Technical SEO fixes only one-off · existing sites · typically $2–6k
- from $2,000
What moves the programme above $1,000:
- how many services and markets you want to be found for
- how competitive the category is
- how much content has to be written or rebuilt
- whether the site itself is what's holding you back
What $1,000 covers
One market and one core service. The technical fixes, the pages that answer the questions you're missing from, listings where the AI models look, and the monthly citation-share report.
Ask away.
Eight things people ask before they book. What the reporting costs across the market is in our AI visibility reporting cost guide, how to run the check yourself is in our guide to checking whether ChatGPT mentions your business, and how this differs from SEO is in SEO or AI visibility, three of our guides. Still one missing? Ask us.
Why is the audit free?
Because an engine we built runs it, and a run costs us a few dollars, not a fortnight. The work is in the fixing, which is what the programme pays for. It comes with a 20-minute call so we ask the right questions about the right market, and it's one per business.
Is this SEO?
It includes technical SEO. But the goal is being cited in the answer, which rewards different things than ranking: clarity, structure, corroboration. Which to lead with, and what is the same work, is in our guide to <a href="/guides/seo-vs-ai-visibility/">SEO or AI visibility</a>.
Will an llms.txt get us cited?
Nobody has shown that it does, so we won't sell it as a shortcut. What certainly keeps you out of an answer is a crawler turned away at the door or a page that's empty without JavaScript, so those are fixed first. The llms.txt, the Markdown pages and the agent files come with them: they cost little, and Google's own website test now checks for an llms.txt.
Can you guarantee we'll be cited?
No, and anyone who does is guessing. We can guarantee you'll know the number every month and what we did to move it.
Has it worked for anyone yet?
Yes, and we publish the number either way. Cheeky Kiwi Travel, whose booking platform we built, was named or linked in 65 of 153 AI answers (43%) in our September 2026 audit, against 11% for the nearest of five competitors, and its own site was the most-cited source in those answers. Quitine, a new store we built, came out at 10% against 42% for the category leader a few weeks after delivery, and the audit says exactly why and what the next 90 days should fix.
We already have an SEO agency.
Fine. We can do the audit and the technical layer and hand them the content plan.
Do we need a new website?
Usually not. Sometimes the site is the reason you're invisible; the audit will say.
How long before it moves?
Technical fixes: weeks. Citation share: usually 2–4 months of consistent, specific content.
