What's the Problem?

Most search problems are code problems.

A page Google never indexes, a redirect chain left behind by a redesign, a theme that loads more script than the page has words, structured data that fails validation, a firewall that turns ChatGPT's crawler away while Googlebot walks in. None of it is fixed by writing more content. It is fixed in the site itself: the code, the theme, the server or the CDN settings. So an SEO report changes nothing until a developer works through it. We're the developers, and we work through it.

On the List

What we fix.

  • Crawling and indexing.

Sitemaps, robots rules, canonical tags, a noindex left on by mistake, redirect chains, broken links, and the pages Google found and chose not to index.

  • AI crawlers let in.

GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot checked one by one, because a Cloudflare default or a security plugin can block them while Google gets through. The rules get set on purpose, crawler by crawler.

  • Content that's there without JavaScript.

The crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity don't run scripts. If your words only appear once JavaScript has run, those crawlers get an empty page, so we render it on the server or ahead of time.

  • Speed and Core Web Vitals.

Images, fonts, third-party scripts, the apps and plugins that load on every page, caching and hosting, measured in Google's own test on phone and desktop before and after.

  • Structured data that validates.

Organisation, product, service, FAQ and breadcrumb markup written to match the page and checked in the validator, instead of whatever a plugin guessed.

  • Moves without lost rankings.

A redesign or a platform change with every old address redirected to its new one, the titles that rank kept, and Search Console watched for a month after.

  • Shopify and WordPress, under the hood.

Theme code, apps and plugins loading on every page, duplicate product and collection addresses, and the settings an SEO app or plugin can't reach. We're a Shopify Partner.

  • Agent-ready files, kept current.

llms.txt, Markdown copies of your pages, Content Signals and the agent files your kind of business needs. They cost little and we check them on every audit, but no one has shown they win citations, so they come with the fixes, never instead of them.

How It Works

Find. Price. Fix.

  1. Step 1 · find it Free

    Find it.

Start with the free report: whether each AI crawler can get in, how much your site shows without JavaScript, and Google's speed test on phone and desktop, emailed within the hour. Or book the free audit, which adds a crawl of up to 150 pages and a walk through the findings on a 20-minute call.

    Get the free report
  2. Step 2 · price it

    Price it.

Every finding becomes a line: what's wrong, why it matters, what we'd change and a fixed price. You choose the lines. Where the honest fix is a rebuild, the quote says so and prices that too.

  3. Step 3 · fix it

    Fix it, then prove it.

We make the changes in your code, theme or settings, on a staging copy wherever the platform allows, then run the same tests on the same pages and send you the before and after. Google takes days to weeks to re-crawl, and Search Console shows it as it happens.

Behind the Counter

Why developers for this.

  1. 01

    Fixing is our trade.

We build websites, Shopify stores and web apps for a living, so a theme, a redirect map or a render path is ordinary work for us, not a recommendation to pass on.

  2. 02

Our own site is the benchmark.

It scores 100 on phone and desktop in all five categories of the test Google uses to grade websites, and it passes every agent-readiness check our audit runs. Nothing goes on your site that hasn't been through ours.

  3. 03

    Before and after, in numbers.

The same tests on the same pages, before and after, so what changed arrives as figures rather than adjectives.

  4. 04

    One-off, or kept current.

Fixes are a one-off job at a fixed price. If you would rather we kept the site current as Google and the AI standards move, that is the GEO & SEO programme.

Price List

What it costs.

Price List
Free AI visibility and website report emailed within the hour
free
AI Visibility Audit with a 20-minute call · one per business
free
Technical SEO fixes one-off · existing sites · fixed price per line
from $2,000 typically $2–6k
GEO & SEO programme 3-month min · fixes kept current, content, reporting
from $1,000/mo typically $1–2.5k a month

What moves the fixes within that range:

  • how many page templates and pages are affected
  • the platform, from custom code to a hosted builder that limits what anyone can change
  • whether we deploy the changes ourselves or work through your developer
  • how much of the problem is the build itself, which is where a fix becomes a rebuild

Why not a speed plugin?

A caching plugin and compressed images can lift a score. The causes usually sit deeper, in a heavy theme, apps and plugins loading on every page, scripts nobody owns and a firewall nobody checked, and that is where we fix them. On an existing WordPress site, our speed and technical pass takes a neglected page from about six seconds to under two. Under a second needs a rebuild, and the quote will say so.

Indicative. Fixed price after the free audit.

Fair Questions

Ask away.

Seven things people ask before they book. How the fixes sit beside AI visibility is on our SEO & AI Visibility page, and what speed is worth is in our guide to websites that load in under a second. Still one missing? Ask us.

What is technical SEO?

Everything that decides whether search engines and AI crawlers can find, read and trust a site's pages, apart from the words on them: crawling and indexing, speed, structured data, redirects, and now whether AI crawlers are let in at all. Most of it lives in the code and the hosting, which makes it development work.

How much does a technical SEO fix cost?

From $2,000 for a one-off set of fixes on an existing site, typically $2,000 to $6,000, with a fixed price for each line after the free audit. The number of templates, the platform and how much of the problem is the build itself move it. Keeping the site current every month is the GEO & SEO programme, from $1,000 a month.

Do you need access to our site?

To fix it, yes. That means the repository or theme, admin access to WordPress or Shopify, and DNS or Cloudflare when the problem sits there. If your developer would rather make the changes, we write each one up precisely and check the result with the same tests.

We already have an SEO agency. Can you work with them?

Yes, and it is a common split: we take the technical layer, they keep the content and the links. How the audit and the programme fit beside an agency is on our SEO & AI Visibility page.

Our site is on Wix or Squarespace. Can you fix it?

Partly. We fix what the platform lets anyone change, such as titles, structure, redirects and some structured data, and tell you plainly what it locks away. When the platform itself is the ceiling, the audit says so, with what a move would cost.

Can you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody controls Google's rankings, and a promise of first place is a reason to walk away. What you get from us is the fix and the evidence, what was wrong, what we changed and the same tests before and after.

How long before it shows?

The before-and-after tests show the change the day it ships. Google re-crawls over days to weeks, and AI crawlers that were turned away can read the site as soon as they're let in.
