Accountants Financial services

Websites and AI for accountants and financial services.

We build websites your own team keeps up to date, with every adviser, office and document in its place. Then we connect your firm's Claude or ChatGPT to Xero and the rest of your software, with a person approving anything that changes the books. Built in Australia, never offshored.

Made in Australia
What's the Problem?

Where the hours go in a practice.

Many firms can't change their own website. Every edit goes through an outside agency, so a new adviser, a team change or an announcement waits days to appear.

The documents pile up: disclosure statements, annual reports, forms and newsletters. There are hundreds of PDFs, and the links to them break every time one moves.

Behind the website, the same client details are typed into Xero, the practice software and the CRM, and paperwork is chased one email at a time.

Most staff already use ChatGPT or Claude for drafting. Very few have it connected to Xero, and registered tax and BAS agents now need a client's permission before that client's information goes into some AI tools.

Today's Menu

What we build for accountants and financial services.

The first two run at financial services firms today. The third runs at a buyer's agent; in a practice, the figures would come from Xero or your practice software instead of a property data service.

  1. A website your team runs

For firms whose site changes every month: reports, announcements and people.

Pages are built from sections your team picks and fills in, and they see the real page change as they type. Data that must not break, such as a fund's settings, is locked so only its figures can change. Before each update goes live, every document link is checked.

An ASX-listed financial services group with more than 70 planners across 45 offices. We moved it off WordPress in 2021 and rebuilt it in 2026, and its own staff make 8 in 10 of the edits.

    1. 01

      The month's report is ready

a PDF from the funds team, with the new figures.

    2. 02 A person

A staff member updates the fund

in CloudCannon, where only the figures and the report can change.

    3. 03

      Every document link is checked

before the site is rebuilt, so none points to the wrong file.

    4. 04

      The site is published

with the report on the fund's page and in the site's search.

    The result

New reports, advisers and announcements go live without waiting on an agency.

  2. Newsletters that keep working

For firms that send clients a newsletter or a market update.

Each issue is also published as its own page on your website, where search engines can find it and clients can share it, instead of disappearing into inboxes. Your team publishes it in minutes, with no code and no developer.

A crypto and precious-metals asset manager whose WordPress site was slow and a chore to update. Its newsletter archive now holds twenty-seven issues, all published by the firm.

    1. 01 A person

      The issue is written

in CloudCannon, the editor the firm uses.

    2. 02

      It becomes a page

in the newsletter archive, with an address of its own.

    3. 03

      The site is rebuilt

with every page built in advance, so it loads instantly.

    4. 04

Clients and search engines find it

from a shared link, a search, or the archive.

    The result

Every issue stays findable long after the email has gone out.

  3. Client reports sent by asking

For practices that send clients reports, summaries and reminders.

You type one sentence into your own Claude or ChatGPT, and the report is put together, emailed to the right client and noted on their record. We built this for a buyer's agent, whose property reports now take one sentence. In a practice, the figures would come from Xero or your practice software, and a person would approve anything that goes to a client.

A private connector we built and host, installed in the client's existing Claude and ChatGPT. New abilities are switched on at our end, with nothing for the client to install.

    1. 01 A person

One sentence names the client and the property

typed into Claude or ChatGPT, the assistants already paid for.

    2. 02

      Our tools build the report

on the property data service, and fetch every detail back.

    3. 03

The client is found in HubSpot

      where the contacts are kept.

    4. 04

      The report is emailed

and the HubSpot record gets a note and a follow-up to-do.

    The result

A report reaches the client and the CRM is up to date, from one sentence.

Baked In

Built for regulated firms.

  • Changes checked before they go live.

Nothing reaches the public site until someone you trust has looked at it.

  • Documents kept in order.

Disclosure statements, reports and forms in one library, with every link checked before each update.

  • People and offices entered once.

Each adviser and office is a record, so when someone moves, every page that lists them changes too.

  • Enquiries to the right person.

An appointment request goes to the adviser it's for and copies your marketing team, with bots screened out and no puzzle for the client.

  • A person approves what matters.

Our AI systems ask before anything that reaches a client or touches money, and log every action they take.

  • Client data stays in Australia.

Hosted in an Australian cloud region by default, with a written record of which AI providers see what.

  • Used to listed companies.

We built an ASX-listed group's website in 2021, and rebuilt it in 2026.

  • No lock-in.

The code, the hosting and the accounts are in your name, documented so another developer could take over.

Fair Questions

Questions firms ask.

Six questions we hear from accountants and financial services firms. Have another one? Ask us.

Have you built websites for accounting firms?

Not an accounting firm's own website yet. Our financial services builds are for an ASX-listed financial planning and funds management group, and a crypto and precious-metals asset manager. What an accounting firm needs from its site is close to theirs: people and offices kept current, documents in one place, changes checked before they go live, and a newsletter archive.

Can our compliance team approve a page before it goes live?

Yes. Editors save their changes as drafts and preview the real page, and publishing can be limited to the people you choose. Anything that must not break, like a fund's settings, can be locked so only its figures can change.

Is ChatGPT good for accounting?

For drafting, summarising and research, yes. For anything that touches the books, only when it is connected to your accounting software and a person checks its work. We set up the connection with instructions written for your practice, so it knows your clients, your rules and what it must never change.

Can Claude or ChatGPT change our Xero file?

Not through Xero's own connectors: they read your books but can't change them. Changing Xero takes Xero's server for developers or a connector we build, and we set it up so every change waits for a person's yes and is logged.

Do we need our clients' permission to use AI?

Registered tax and BAS agents generally do. Under the Tax Practitioners Board's guidance of July 2026, an agent needs each client's consent before that client's information goes into an AI tool, depending on the tool, and stays responsible for checking whatever it produces. Our Xero guide sets out the detail.

Where is our clients' data stored?

By default, in an Australian cloud region, or on your own servers if your policies require it. We write down which AI providers handle what, and your data is never used to train AI models.
