# Made Quiet

https://croissantbaguette.com.au/projects/made-quiet/

We built Made Quiet's headless Shopify store in six working days: first sale in week one, 33% conversion, sales just short of $100k in seven months.

Client: New brand, first store · Industry: Apparel & ecommerce · Services: Ecommerce · Stack: SvelteKit, Shopify, Sanity, Cloudflare, Klaviyo · Date: 2026-02 · Live site: https://madequiet.co

**Outcomes**
- **6 days from first commit to live store** — after a week of design, January 2026
- **Week 1 first sale** — store opened February 2026, from a standing start
- **33% conversion rate** — Shopify, August 2026
- **$100k just short of it in seven months** — sales February to August 2026, best month yet in August

## A brand about saying less needed a store that did the same.

Made Quiet makes premium Australian sports caps for fans who do not need to shout. There was a name, a range and a clear identity, and no store. The brief was short: understated, fast, nothing in the way of the product, and live before the first drop in February.

## Headless Shopify, in six working days.

A SvelteKit storefront on Shopify's Storefront API, deployed to Cloudflare Workers. A cart of our own that hands off to Shopify checkout, product pages that render first and stream the rest (recommendations, reviews) in behind, collection pages with filters and sorting, and structured data and sitemaps on every page from day one. Content sits in Sanity with a small page builder, so the team runs drops and campaigns themselves. Klaviyo captures the newsletter and back-in-stock requests; reviews come from Judge.me and show as star ratings on every card without an extra request.

## Nothing in the way of buying.

The design is deliberately minimal: one typeface with character, the caps, and a path to checkout with nothing to dismiss. That restraint shows up in the numbers. The store sold in its first week, a third of visitors who arrive go on to buy, and seven months in the total is closing on six figures, with August the best month so far.

## The numbers.

Sales and conversion figures from Shopify, shared with Made Quiet's permission and rounded on purpose.

## Theirs to keep.

Shopify holds the products, orders and checkout. The storefront and content live in Made Quiet's own Cloudflare and Sanity accounts. Hosting costs close to nothing, and nothing needs us to update.

- **SvelteKit** the storefront
- **Shopify** products, cart and checkout through the Storefront API
- **Sanity** pages and campaigns, edited by the team
- **Cloudflare Workers** hosting at the edge
- **Klaviyo** newsletter and back-in-stock
- **Judge.me** reviews and star ratings
